"Friendly and welcoming place. Had a nice spacious room, good WiFi, good air conditioning, plenty of hot water, continental breakfast included, free use of kayak. Little out of the way but easy to reach by minibus and easy to get cheap transport into town and anywhere else. Only paid 150 vatu each for airport transfer as well as trip into town. Just wave town a minibus with license plate starting with B. Highly recommend this place for value for money, although Vanuatu itself can be quite expensive especially when it comes to eating out. Local beer is good and was 260 vatu per bottle in the supermarket. Good wine available starting at 800 vatu per 75cl bottle."

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Warwick Le Lagon. The staff were helpful and friendly and were responsive to our requests when we had them. The resort itself is beautifully located on the lagoon, with kayaking available, which we enjoyed. But the favourite (for my son) were the multiple pools and the swim-up bar 😄 We stayed in a garden bungalow that was clean and central to everything and still managed a glimpse of the lagoon Special thanks to these staff members who greeted us by name and made our stay more special: Josiana (🙏 for the upgrade), Inneth and Ileen Pros: ✅ Location ✅ Friendliness of staff ✅ Beauty of the grounds Cons: ⛔ Lack of food variety ⛔ Safety hazards of pool (broken tiles and many slippery surfaces and stairs) ⛔ Needed to ask for basic room amenities to be topped up when housekeeping was done ⛔ Cost (is equivalent to AUD and not as inexpensive as stays like Bali or Thailand)"

"A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good."

"Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while trying to sleep at night. All mesh on windows had holes so got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Place is not as advertised at all. Pool is a lot smaller than pictured. Owner walks around the place and should be ashamed of himself! Taking people’s money when place is nothing like photos. This place is disgusting and not want you want on a holiday! Would never recommend this place to anyone! We walked out and went to stay at another place plus they refuse a refund of course."

"The room was cleaned everyday and spotless, all the staff were amazing always going out of there way for you. The amenities are excellent and there is always something to do. The food was delicious and they would always try to cook to your needs. Definitely worth going too and we are definitely going back. "
