"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. "Great accommodation with lots of activities especially for families. Staff were fantastic especially David in the activities team. Downside was the food and you can't snorkel from the resort, but it does say that on the website."

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"This is a great place to stay with a family. It is quiet, safe, and friendly. We loved the pool overlooking the sea and snorkelling/spotting sea creatures in the reef in front of the hotel. We paid a bit extra for a beach view but I think all the rooms would have a nice view as it’s quite small. The provided breakfast at Cafe Vila is excellent. It is close to the Port Vila and a very short and easy bus journey to get there. Pick up for activities is super easy. I highly recommend booking...
