"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family.

"The beach out the front was the highlight, amazing coral, fish and turtles. Was great as there was a stand up a paddle board, kayak and various rock shoes.
Rooms are quite new, spacious and clean. Trent our host was lovely and the tuna sashimi and cocktails were the highlight. I wouldn’t say it’s is a 5 star resort as at times the food was a bit overcooked, our bedroom blind was missing and no aircon (which wasn’t an issue) so windows may be open for bugs to enter. "3rd week here, my room wouldn't get hot water the whole time. Only a trickle of water with no pessure coming out of shower head, only luke-warm.
No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet.
Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. No fridge, noisy neigbourhood with roosters crowing all night and dogs barking nonstop.
Also sounds from casino, non stop beeping all night and day.
Some staff were nice, and helpful sometimes.

"The staff are simply beautiful. All amenities are reflected accordingly in their description. New cabins being built which will be exciting for people travelling there shortly. Chef John is awesome! You MUST have his croissants for breakfast. Make sure to pat ‘Lucky’ the cat, he is adorable "
