"This was our 3rd year in a row in Korea and we’ve stayed at Lotte World all 3 times! We always book the in suite laundry which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety however it was on the pricier end. We had to make some adjustments to booking and Aesop Sung helped us out and the changes were smooth because of him. Excellent customer service and we will return again because of good staff like him that make our trip memorable! Thank you Aesop!!!!!"

"Hotel itself was great, room was also fantastic. But 1) view was poor (view of multiple demolished buildings). 2) we had a suite with kitchen appliances etc, but the room was without even simple cutlery/utensils etc. these were chargeable to the room to “hire”. 3) The room wasn’t cleaned everyday, despite them saying it would be at least every other day. 4) the staff refused to let us leave our luggage with them for 30mins upon checking out whilst we waiting for our taxi to the airport, and they said this would also be chargeable. Only after making a plea to them, they held the luggage for us, otherwise they were going to make us pay for it. Overall a good stay, great breakfast, great location, but not so great offerings elsewhere as mentioned above."

"Room was clean, sink drains slow, there are flys flying around all the time so somehow it is coming into the unit. Buffet was decent, but pricey for what you get. Laundry was expensive $5000won to wash and then $5000 won to dry, $1000 won to buy laundry soap for a single load, and the washers are very small. We had to split into 2 loads of laundry for our stay for family of 4. Cost $22 cad. Walking distance to the shopping strip. Free water and ice refill on the floor which was nice. Cleaning lady was pleasant. Overall not worth the price in this range. $500,000 won per night for family room of 4. We also stayed at a different hotel on this trip which is much nicer, modern/hip and better amenities for the same price that is next to the shopping strip."
