The hotel management service is good.compensate us with 1 day free breakfast after we wasted 2 hours no entry due to faulty door lock and need to change room. However both room is dusty, observed thick dust all over on Aircon vent and cupboard, floor is dirty. Space is small for triple room. No room for walking if open the luggages. Had itchiness on my body through out the nine night stay.

The hotel has a good location...near the train and the bus station. Its near the Myeongdong night market. There are cafes and restaurants around the area. The room is clean and new. There is a fridge in the room, free water everyday. There is a common area each floor where you can use a microwave, iron and refill water and ice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and booking our taxi service to the airport. There is a kiosk where you can book luggage delivery and tours around the area. There is also a small convenient store at the lobby/ 1st floor. We had a great experience here.
