"Excellent room, super king bed. Full sized bath plus a separate shower which was really powerful. Very good air Con Excellent breakfast choices but does get very busy at the weekend, we didn't have to wait to be seated but many did (after 9.00 am) Check out at 12 midday and our flight was at 10.30 pm. Staff very accommodating about our left luggage. Excellent location with the underground just 2 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again."

"We were surprised by this property in all good ways. Room was HUGE and nicely appointed. Good coffee and refilled water bottles, a wake up call and cab we needed ordered just as we asked when we left, nice lobby and great front desk staff. Convenient to public transport for exploring much of Berlin. Would definitely recommend."

"Staff was extremely professional. My outlet adapters were not universal. They were only for the UK Which we had just left. I was looking to purchase 1 or 2 for my husband and myself. Charging pho Es, hair curlers, etc. They let us borrow 2, Really nice not to feel nicked and died. Already feel like that with the flights."

"Excellent hotel stay. Amazing room and they went above and beyond to help celebrate our anniversary. Standard 12pm checkout is also great. Bottle of cold water on arrival at reception is also a nice touch. Location is brilliant, well connected and in a leafy suburb. Highly recommend - we'll definitely be returning."

"At check in we received a massive amount of help. We had issues trying to find our car rental return and the front desk went above and beyond to help. Making multiple phone calls. Very appreciated."

"Stayed for 3 nights, but unfortunately the air conditioning did not work throughout our stay. The room remained quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably all three nights. We requested a fan on the second night and opened windows which helped somewhat, but the room was still too warm. Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was working at times, which resulted in long waits and lines. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay.
