"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."
"The staff was extremely nice and the stay was cheap and had everything we needed. It was about a mile, mile and a half to walk to the city center, but it’s doable if you’re a walker…which we are. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something cheap and clean and comfortable. "
"We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. "The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan. "
