"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. "While the actual room was clean and in good condition, the hotel is far from transportation and the city center. If you have your own car, that is likely not a major concern, but if you rely on public transportation like we do, it was a less than ideal situation requiring walking down dark and unlit places. "
