Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!

Ristrutturata da poco, accogliente e pulito, personale disponibile e cordiale, zona ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto (il tram 24 da piazza san Babila arriva vicinissimo alla struttura)

Bagno minuscolo ma funzionale. La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata tuttavia la stanza è rumorosa pichè la struttura è su fronte strada. è stato difficile ottenere oscuramento in quanto anche tutto intorno alla porta entra la luce del corridoio quindi potrebbe essere un problema per chi riesce a dormire solo al buio

accolti se così si può dire da una ragazza che nel mentre che parlava con noi e ci spiegava il b&b parlava in video chiamata con la famiglia... la stanza L abbiam dovuta cercare noi perché lei troppo impegnata a parlare... la camera non era come ci si aspettava...maniglie della finestra e della porta rotte letto matrimoniale che poi invece era ad una piazza e mezzo rumori in continuazione e a qualsiasi ora è come ciliegina sulla torta un topo morto nell entrata del b&b al nostro check out... approposito al check out nessuno è venuto ma abbiamo lasciato chiavi e c’è ne siamo andati via... esperienza terribile

Het hotel was dichtbij de tramhalte een lekker lokaal restaurant en een supermarkt. De kamer was prima in staat en de badkamer ook, alleen de douche was iets te krab en de straal ging te hard af. Verder was het ontbijt prima.

Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro. La struttura è in una buona posizione ma un po' vecchia e trasandata. Servizi in generale che lasciano a desiderare. In compenso la pulizia c'era ed il personale cortese e gentile.

Location was not walking distance to attractions but very accessible (on a direct tram line to most attractions and easy connections to some others). Place felt safe. The room and private bathrm sufficient and suitable for two nights stay. 24 hr cafe nearby was surprisingly handy. People were helpful, friednly.

Affordable hotel close to transport

Hotel room was clean with ensuite facilities. It was on the first floor and faced onto the street but it wasn’t too noisy as the hotel is in a quiet area. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel and brings you to the city centre. There’s a nearby pharmacy and Lidl with small restaurants also on the same street. We paid very little for a 4 night stay so were pleased with the hotel.

Prettig hotel

De kamer is vrij gehorig en de douche is erg klein. De badkamer is oud maar is brandschoon, net als de slaapkamer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en geeft tips over het openbaar vervoer. Het is een prima plek om korte tijd te verblijven. Niets bijzonders maar wel erg schoon.

Disappointing hotel, unfriendly hotel staff

The rooms looked fine at first, but the bed did not meet the description. The double bed was very narrow (probably 1.40 meters wide) and when you laid on the mattress you felt the feathers of the bedframe. In addition, the shower was also too small (you couldn't even wash your hair, because there wasn't enough space for your body) and the shower head holder was broken (which they blamed us for, they didn't believe us when we told them that it was already broken). The breakfast was included in the price, so in the morning we went downstairs for the breakfast. The receptionist asked what we wanted to drink while he had his earphones in, not very customer friendly if you ask me. And last but not least, the hotel staff barely speaks English which makes it very difficult to clarify what you mean.

hotel economico

Albergo situato in una posizione comoda. Al di fuori di esso si trovano le fermate dei Tram che portano in pochi minuti nelle zone "famose" di Milano. La struttura è piccola ma gli addetti ad essa sono confortevoli e disponibili ad ogni convenienza. Colazione ricca e camere all'interno carine e comode
