"This is not a hotel. It a series of "booths" they call "rooms". I got to the so called "room" and I see no windows. When I asked basically the staff said "it is what it is..."??! Put that aside the "staff" was really didn't know how to work in a hotel... (well, putting it aside this was not a "hotel"...) ..."
