"All of the staff were extremely accommodating and did everything to ensure our stay was amazing. The location is wonderful, close to all major attractions and the free breakfast was great each morning. Also, the entire facility was extremely clean! I only saw one woman on the cleaning staff during my stay there and she was SO KIND and did an awesome job keeping the place spotless! The tram stop is also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore other neighborhoods—we used it to visit Karaköy. The owners of the property are wonderful and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and even helped us book our Bosphorus tour. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Overall it was good value for the location with a hot tub in the room which had a sea view on the fourth floor. It was by the lift but we didn’t once have any noise from it over 5 nights. The aircon was efficient and quiet. The king size mattress was big enough for my height of 1.9m but the duvet was a bit narrow. Just had to sleep closer to my wife. :-) It was relatively quiet at night and the first call to prayer wasn’t as loud as during the day, which was good. Hotel is only a few hundred...
