"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Dirty, moldy, rusty, noisy. That's what I got for trying to save a few dollars. They did clean the toilet and bed sheets. But the bathroom floor was so sticky and the carpet so stained I was afraid to take off my shoes. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and baseboard as well as near the shower. The microwave was rusty inside and dirty. Drawers had crumbs in them and the shelves above the hangers hasn't been wiped down in who knows how long. I did not find bed bugs though."

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"The hotel is located in a shopping area, surrounded by restaurants and other hotels. The most important things to me were the well-maintained property, the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. I found the bed to be exceptional and the room was clean and well designed. I will definitely consider staying here again when I travel."

"At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned.
