"we travel to this hotel once a month when we visit Dad. We understand that the hotel is dated but it is always clean. This time the room they gave us, the toilet handle broke and the bathroom light went off. We had to pull the lever in the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. The light didn't work off and on. "I traveled from eastern Washington with my 3 month old, 10 year old, 12 year old, and 14 year old so they could all say their goodbyes and spend time with their uncle who was just put on hospice. We checked in pretty late and upon checking in and getting to our room, my 12 year old had noticed a "big black bug" that had crawled behind a pillow. I checked behind the pillow and between the mattress and the wall and seen 4-5 cockroaches. I immediately grabbed my 3 month old son off the bed and told...
