"The apartments are very clean and lots of the kitchen untencips and small electrics look unused. Bathroom is modern, clean and spacious."

"Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. "They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations.
