"The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!"

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. "One of my favorite hotel stays. Very clean. Easy access through lobby to bar/restaurant, Country Music Hall of Fame, coffee shop and other amenities. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will be staying there again and recommend the hotel if you want a luxury feel for a reasonable price."

"Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in downtown Nashville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. What really made the experience stand out was the view. Seeing the Nashville skyline from the hotel was absolutely amazing, especially at night when the city lights were shining.
