"Simple room but convenient from Terminal 5 (either by pod or local bus). Staff is very nice and helpful, small shop for amenities, good breakfast. Room was small but functional (used twice this trip, once as a day stop and once overnight). Generally clean although there was a leftover glass from room service outside our room when we checked in. The additional locks on the room didn't work which made me feel less secure, but overall convenient and would stay there again."

"I have been coming here for many years. I always stay here when I visit the UK and have never been disappointed. Excellent service all the time. The bus stop outside will get you everywhere, but there is a convenient online portal for booking Uber rides and a vending machine where I was able to purchase a UK charging adapter. I really love it here."

"What can I say? We avoided the expensive hotels in Central Woking in favour of a 20 min drive. I can not fault them on anything, we were greeted with kindness, our room wasn't far, the AC in the room was amazing considering it was in the 30s outside. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. We used the swimming pool. The breakfast was top quality. All of the staff were kind and attentive. Would highly recommend."

"Great hotel especially for the price, having a pool to use was great! Plenty of parking available too. Good to note, there is no air con in standard rooms, I knew this when booking and it wasn’t an issue at all. it was the middle of a heatwave and the room was a bit warm but it’s unusual weather for the UK so I suspect during normal weather it would be absolutely fine."
