Good clean room, however, the widow faced the airport elevator which is all glass. No privacy! Also, there was no hot water in the morning and couldn't take a shower before the flight. All being said, a very convenient option for an early morning flight.

Updates to the rooms and property are ongoing, but the one thing I love most about this hotel is the accessibility to Heathrow terminal 5 via the Heathrow Pods. Rooms are small, which makes them not suitable for someone with a large wheelchair (mine is relatively small). Staff are super friendly ...
