The hotel was as always clean and tidy with very polite and helpful staff. The only problem was with the swimming pool and spa area . The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury
Beds were clean although mattresses needed changing .Hotel up for sale so no food or drink anywhere.Just a building to sleep in, but very convenient for shops,castle,prison and the river.
