"Be aware if you book with Expedia, you are treated like a second class citizen. The rooms you get aren’t as nice and the staff was not particularly helpful. I’ve heard from the majority of the rooms as a parking lot and you are right next to the highway as well."

"Interesting place! They’ve taken an old city hall and converted it into a hotel. The outside still looks like a 100+ year old city hall (in good condition) and the inside is all new. There is no front desk, no onsite staff at all, but check-in via an internet supplied code works well. The rooms are modern, well done and clean. Quirky, with a good price and I will stay again."

"I really like how helpful the staff was. They were very pleasant to talk to, went out of their way to adjust our accommodation. The breakfast was great and they always offered water whenever they saw us coming through the front door."

"Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. There were two dirty towels left hanging on the back of the bathroom door and an empty snack wrapper left in one of the side table drawers. The bathroom ceiling tiles had a stain and weren’t aligned. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent."

Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are."
