"The staff saved us a ton of money! Explained how to get the evignette through Slovenia, if we hadn't had it in advance for 15 Euro there is over a 300 Euro fee! The breakfast was good, and place a nice stay."

"The room was beautiful, great view of the lake. Plenty of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and all bedding excellent. The bag to take swimming with towels in was very useful. If i was going to fault anything the towels were not of a high standard in the room very thin."

"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. ..."
