Staff was super helpful and it’s of course right on the beach with 2 pools so the location is perfect. The VALUE is terrific."

"Don’t be fooled by the recent, raving reviews. This place scammed me out of my $100+ booking. I showed up to check in, but the front lobby was dimly lit and locked. Tried to get my money back with no luck. Spend your money elsewhere. Much better options located in Port Orange."

"Room smelled like wet dog upon initial entry, breakfast was limited with no variety. I’m not expecting a full buffet but some rotation would be welcome.
Sink looked like it had better days, the hot water worked is about the best thing I can say for the bathroom."

"First the code didn't work on the door, and had to use the lock box. I let them know but they didn't care to fix the code.
Came back around 9 and no parking. I sent a message and they let me know the next morning there was overflow across the street.
The shower leaked too.
It would not take much to make this a good hotel."

"Checked in and Stayed for less then an hour. I could not breath the entire floor, room, and hotel had marijuana smell and smoke that got me sick. The agent at front desk was terrible, and waited for another employee named ‘Arron’ who said he would cancel my check in but that was all he could do, couldn’t print a copy of check in or out, stated I need to contact Expedia. Expedia still charged me. I sent a claim for full reimbursement to the added insurance policy company. Have not heard back yet....
