"Was bedbugs on of the room nighttime shift was rude"

"The rooms and property were clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast is more of a continental breakfast and should be advertised as such. Also, the TV options were very limited, with no streaming apps like Netflix or regular channels available."

"The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, and the shower very large. But, the guests that arrived Friday and Saturday night were loud, noisy, and inconsiderate way past midnight. On Friday morning, a woman was knocking on a nearby room at 2:30 AM, asking to be let in. A large family of kids were going up and down the hall near midnight as if it was a playground. And finally, the TV monitor was quite nice but it took both remotes (the monitor and the DISH TV) to locate channels."

"Hyatt house was awesome, we stayed at most of the hotels in the surrounding area of emeryville and hyatt house was hands down the best"
