"Hotel under severe 24 hour construction which kept us up and without rest or sleep for duration of trip. Horrible experience. How does this happen!!? Who schedules construction on a hotel and books the rooms below?!"

"The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very courteous and got you fresh towels and toilet paper. Some of them did not know the area to tell you what was around to eat, but still very polite and quick getting you to your rooms and discharged from the facility. The full kitchen and laundry was a big plus. You could keep snacks hot tea and so on. I found the sofa bed to be cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress was barely a mattress. You need to get a better sofa bed. But over all I would go back again with friends or family."

"Staff was not very helpful. When I arrived I was unaware of the $175 deposit. I explained that I had no $$ on my bank card until 6am the NEXT morning that I could bring my card down then. She said no. I tried my venmo card which also didnt work. I explained that we would only be in the room a few hrs. There was no compassion. Thank goodness my friend was able to out the deposit on her card. In total we were in the room 6-7 hrs. Also, when I booked the reservation I explained that there would be 3 adults. They gave us a room with a pull put couch which was great. There was no blankets or pillows. When we called down at 11pm they said they would send some up. Well after 30 mins of waiting we called again. Another 20 min passes- no blankets or pillows. By this time its almost 12am. The ladies decided to walk down to front desk. Where they were told someone was on the way. Another 20 mins later we got 1 blanket amd 1 pillow. Otherwise the room was clean and smelled well"

"This was a perfectly located property in downtown Philadelphia. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, and the staff to be courteous and friendly. Definitely stay here again."

"Nice place to stay and has lots of amenities. My only thing is I wish we could have taken outside food to the rooftop. But overall stay was good! "
