"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. The toilet is leaking and the wall leaked when it rained. I extended my stay and they wanted cash not for me to use credit card.. "

"Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH). ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

"Personnel accueillant. La chambre avec salon sont bien meublés, aérés et très propres. Eau chaude. Tranquilité, verdure, jardin piscine, restaurants aux alentours et plage de sable à 2 pas. Piscine et douche extérieure. Juste fantastique."
