"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet was excellent. The only downside was no handrail getting into and out of the pool. That would've been appreciated."

The host will go out of her way to make you comfortable. We had a hard afternoon before checking in, so to make us feel more settled she gave us some cake and coffee on...
"Avevo scelto questa struttura per una piacevole serata in vasca idromassaggio ma purtroppo a meta' livello di riempimento si era gia' finita l'acqua calda nella vasca e pertanto ci si e' provati a restare qualche minuto inutilmente. Mi riservo di chiedere il rimborso."
