"There were very few guests and for whatever reason some of us were staying on the 3rd floor - 80 steps up. The winding last flight had an incomplete hand rail. Aged 78, I found the ascent with my luggage tiring. There was no bedside lamp, and the room was a bit cold. The extra blanket was needed. The hotel reminded me of the rented flats that I stayed in when I worked in Glasgow in the early 70’s. Shabby, but adequate. £120 per night was too much for that room on the 3rd floor. "Room we got for the family was one big hall and tiniest bathroom ever made ( for people who are 6 foot or above good luck ) There us not enough place even to keep your stuff other than one study table No extra tables only one chair Entry is confusing but if you know technology you will be good especially after hours Limited amenities like few tea and coffee Cups to drink water will fill 2 sips of water so small There is no disposable cups No conditioner Heating cooling and bathroom...

"Easy to find located in an ideal area. Staff are so helpful ask about your visit and give you information and advice to make your plans easier to find places. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked for everyone’s needs. Will definitely stay again."
