The Falkirk Wheel
The Falkirk Wheel
Mini model kelpies at falkirk wheel
The magnificent Kelpies, between Falkirk and Grangemouth. Built on brownfield land, beside the Forth & Clyde canal. Thirty metres (100 ft) tall, these magnificent sculptures are based on the ancient mythical Kelpies/water horse. Very popular spot with locals and tourists, it’s in the Helix park - well worth a trip. Halfway between Edinburgh and Glasgow, I think they’re my favourite spot in my home town. #Lifeatexpediagroup
