"The hotel was clean overall except when my daughter ran the shower, a couple bugs crawled out of the drain. The shower is also not very powerful and the fiberglass tub sounds like it is cracking. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. When I went to the front desk the clerk had her back turned towards me in the back room and when I said, "Excuse me," she said, "yes," twice without turning around.
