"It deserves 0 stars! Don’t go there!! The room was outdated and old. The TV was fuzzy and small. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked or closed. There were rips in the curtains and shower curtains. The air condition shut itself off every 20 minutes and there was no way to fix it even after the electrician/handyman on site took a look at it. The smoke detector was removed and when we requested it to be fixed, they put in one that would chirp every minute. We had to remove it and brought back to the front desk after all. There was no extra pillows when we requested. There was no hair dryer. No microwave in the room. We had no way to adjust the temperature of the mini fridge and it was not cold at all. The ice vending is locked from 9pm to 9am and there was no way to get ice during that time. The lady at the front desk was so mean. After so many things went wrong, I wanted to switch room so I stood in line to wait for my turn at the front desk. The lady was helping a couple of people and she asked them if they would like a room on the first floor, second floor or third floor. Those people said it didn’t matter and they chose second floor. My son has disability so I asked for a 1st/ground floor room when it was my turn. The lady at the front desk told me all the room were sold out and she couldn’t move me anywhere. It was such a lie especially right after I heard her offering rooms at different levels to the people in front of me. I was so upset! Most horrible experience ever!!!"
