"The view from our room was absolutely amazing and was honestly the highlight of our trip. The infinity pool was also a fantastic amenity that our family really enjoyed. We were a little disappointed that the splash pad was not open during our stay, but the infinity pool more than made up for it and provided a wonderful experience for all of us. We also really appreciated the indoor walkway connecting the hotel directly to the neighboring casino. It was a thoughtful convenience that made getting around much easier, especially with our family. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the parking situation upon arrival. The on-site parking lot was full, and we were asked to use off-site parking instead. We specifically chose this property in part because it advertised on-site EV charging, but when we arrived, staff were unsure whether any charging spots were available and advised us that our only option was the hotel's off-site parking for $50. That felt a bit steep, especially for off-site parking. We ultimately found a nearby parking facility that felt just as safe and only cost $10 overnight. While this didn't ruin our stay, clearer communication regarding parking and EV charging availability would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly consider staying here again."

"I liked the pool although I didnt use it. My room also had a jazzuci in it which I did use it was very relaxing and the room and service was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant.The maintenance was very efficient, the toilet was broken and the repairs were done in minutes!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! Sometimes choosing a hotel you're not familiar with can be a gamble, but this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to our room, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient, with options available both onsite and just a short five minute walk away. While our room did not have a direct view of the falls, the location was fantastic.It's across the street from the main attractions and within easy walking distance of the falls. We especially loved being able to watch the nightly fireworks from our riverfront room. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot nearby, PUR is a must. The cinnamon pancakes were absolutely delicious and a highlight of our trip! Overall, this hotel provided one of the most comfortable stays we've had in a long time. In fact, it was the first time I've gotten a full eight hours of sleep in quite a while. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"This was an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful with a full view of the falls, and the parking was easy. We were also happy we could keep our car there the next day after checking out so we could tour the falls. You won’t be let down with this place!"
