"Very nice hotel and the North tower is newly renovated from the 14th and up. The 40th floor had a beautiful view of the falls. The Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse was excellent and great service. Close proximity to the Niagara casino and a close walk to the falls."

"The shower water took a very long time to get warm. The view of the falls from the advertised picture is far from the truth. We are close to the falls but not very visible. It seemed that anyone could walk into the hotel without being a guest."

"The view was amazing. The room was clean. Other than some hand and nose prints on the windows over looking the falls but it wasnt a big deal by no means. Our breakfast was included with our room (all you can eat) it was hotel breakfast. If you have had it before youyou know what i mean. If you havent. Everything is fresh. The coffee was decent. And again you get to see the falls while you eat breakfast. Even lunch or dinner. Its the same area/restaurant. There is a pool in the swme hotel."

"Horrible we had a toliet that didnt work for 3 days would be running all night making so much noise bed sheets super dirty behind the tv on the stand full of food crumbs it was the worse birthday hotel i ever had to stay NASTY"

"If you have pets please call ahead . I drove 4 hours and thought I would have a room overlooking the falls only to get there and placed on the first floor with a parking lot view , those are the pet accommodating rooms !"

"This hotel does not have a refrigerator in the rooms The breakfast is all carbs....no proteins are included in meal...meal was pancakes...toast...cereal and bagels....no eggs ...no meats Light in room had a short in the wiring and kept flickering on and off all the time. Ice machines were not located on each floor ...only on main entry level and with no refrigerator , we had to use recycle tub {that was in room| to hold ice to keep our medicines and foods cold. Showers very small and confining. Room service entered our room even though we had privacy tag on door BIG NO NO No laundry bag for dirty laundry Parking is horrible.....extra parking lot provided was not lit at night for customer safety An older hotel that could use some TLC for sure"
