Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I want to especially acknowledge a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Nardia, Horace, Ocean, Red Bull, KK, Too Short, Konkrete, and Mickey Mouse. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and I am deeply appreciative of their kindness. I can't wait to return to Iberostar Resort.
