"The beach view had lots of trees in the way. The "indoor" pool and hot tub were very dirty. We did not use any of the pools except the hot tub the first night as it was too cold. The hotel also charged me a $200 pet fee and it was not relayed to me how much it was when I checked in. It was not separated on my bill either. "

"The breakfast was one of the best things about the stay. The line is long. But, there was play of good food. The staff was very friendly and able to answer questions and manage concerns. The pools were NOT in great condition: they were dirty and closed for part of the stay. I’m hoping it’s due to just opening. However, being spring break, the use of pools and hot tubs are wanted. The biggest, man pool started to look cleaner as the week went on. But, it was crowded. There was blood all over one of the lounge chairs that had dripped onto the ground. Upon arrival, our beds looked clean, but the floors and carpet were not. There was sand all in the carpet and items on the floor under the table and chairs. They focused on the construction nearby, but other than being unsightly, it wasn’t so loud. Not sure I’d stay there again "

"Well we couldn’t check in at 4pm it was almost 6pm before we could check in. While there house keeping didn’t clean up our room, didn’t bring clean bath rags or towels as requested for both of my rooms. The rooms needs to be upgraded the covers were so thin like a flat sheet. Mattresses are so old and needs to be switched out in room 326 at the main building and the bath tub needs to be replaced as well"

"The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours."
