"I am very disappointed and will never stay there again. There was no heat in the room. Partying and fighting all night long, tried to phone front desk no one answered. Garbage and smoke butts all over the walk ways. I was too scared to try the pool or hot tub! I miss the old owner she was good. Restaurant food is great and workers were amazing. "

"First time in 20 years having trouble with management. Said there was no different room inside the building for access to pool then my niece calls and gets a room inside. My mom is a handicapped elder and it took a few days to get her moved into a handicapped room inside the building. She was there for medical reasons but was there a couple days early and had a low rate. Manager changed her rate to $135 which is higher because she heard it was for medical reasons.
