Deceptive Practices: The breakfast situation was a complete letdown. We paid a substantial amount in advance for a buffet breakfast, but upon arrival, there was no buffet at all. Instead, they only offered an in-room breakfast with a limited Arabic menu, which was not what was advertised. We canceled breakfast from the second day onwards, but it took multiple exhausting contacts with the staff to get only 20% of the paid amount refunded.
