"Beautiful"

"The staff were incredible from the reception, to the cleaning staff to those at the daily breakfast buffet and finally the porters. Truly seamless experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend to those coming from the UK."

"كل شي عجبني بالفندق الكل مبتسم ومتعاون جدا .مما جعل التجربه غاية في الراحه. الإفطار محتاج للتطوير"

"All are okay"

"I stayed from 9th to 14th in Makkah. I think the hotel aesthetics is amazing. However the location of the hotel is far from the haram. It could take 15-20 mins to walk to the hotel. I left my watch in the room and I told my family friend who was in Makkah to ask the reception about my watch. The staff seemed unbothered and unhelpful. I know I left my watch in that room as it was on the counter top and it went missing."

"Most of the time I don’t write nothing about places I stay until I met helpful person. His name is Ziad. He helped me and Make my travel easier with his kindness. The service was good. The food was excellent. The room was a beautiful and I recommend that place to anybody who needs place close to Haram there is one small problem. The bathroom was not easy to unlock. Hopefully they will take care of the problem for the nex guest, who will be in the room"

"I would have given a five star but one blunder by front desk uined it. We had two rooms booked, I went to drop one group to the airport. When I returned the roon was cleaned and some of our items were discarded while I was still holding the room cards for both rooms. My wife's medications, some snacks and drinks were discarded which was very disappoiting."

"Clean and courteous staff and near haram 4mins walk great place to stay"

"Wonderful Stay at Abraj Al Tayseer Tuwa Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Abraj Al Tayseer Tuwa Hotel in Makkah! The location was convenient, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the bellmen to the front desk team, everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to assist. Their hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you for a pleasant...

"The stay was generally amazing. But for families with smaller children a microwave in the room would go a long way. The staff from reception to housekeeping to luggage handlers were amazing."

"Nice experience"

"We had the premier suite which was amazing and it had 2 barrooms so my wife was happy it was spacious and well maintained the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a regular shuttle bus to and from the Masjid Al Haram and if you want to walk it talks 30-40 mins and is literally straight down the road. Would highly recommend this hotel for its value"
