"The staff is always friendly. Love the bartenders at the main bar and at ‘The Roof’ always. Very convenient area, 15 min walk to Soho and 6 min walk to some of my favorite drunk night food stops like Prince St Pizza. I always stay here when I’m visiting the city for events. A short ride to areas like Brooklyn as well, if you need to cross the bridge. The crowd is always a great mix but overall very hip."

"Small room but as expected for Manhattan, and it was good quality bedding, towels etc. Walked to Chinatown and Little Italy from here, no problem. "

"Upgraded to balcony which was lovely. Breakfast included which was very good. Convenient to theater and cruise terminal as well as Times Square with less noise. "

"Delightful hotel with newly renovated rooms and a very nice lobby area with a lounge/library, bar, breakfast bar and sitting area. Small but adequate fitness center. Serafina restaurant opens into hotel for evening dining. Close to Zabars and Fairway and loads of local shops on Broadway and Amsterdam. Amsterdam from 79th to 96th is full of great restaurants and local bars. Heart of the Upper Westside. "
