"Travelers beware! The night shift female front desk clerk was kind, but not very helpful. Our room was changed 3 times in one stay. The first night, while knowing we had a newborn with us, we were put in the room next to the exit door that slammed incessantly all night and then employees bearing out trash cans at 4 am. "Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is very nice. Hotel is out of date though. Elevator kept going out. There is NO gym or they decided to close it while we were there. Several places to eat around hotel and Seaworld is very close."

"Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed.
What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. They would ask us how our day was daily, and gave us helpful tips on places to eat/see.
Also, there’s some board games you can...

"We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away.
Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately.
They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min.
When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling.
The pool is great...

"Room was dirty, bathroom was even worse, hallways smelled like wet dog, one elevator didn’t work & the one that did work was disgusting. Floors creaked in the room. Power went out in the middle of the night one day. Had to turn the lights in the kitchen on so that the rest of the lights in the room would work. Would NOT recommend."
