"Need additional cleaning, all corners and edges of halls and in the room were dirty, you can see it all over. The elevator its old and seems it will fall on you, make a lot of weird noises and only fit 3-4 people max. Have to go 2 times, once a day, to reprogram my room key, didn't open door."

"Room was clean and staff was nice! Hot tub jets did not work during our stay and nothing was said about it upon check in. There was sausage and omelets for breakfast which would have been great, but the omelets were burnt. I would still stay again."
