"Great location, very nice staff. Elevators in both buildings. Coming the first week of June, we had no issues parking in the free public spots across the street along the water, but I imagine during the summer rush you need to purchase the hotel's limited parking. The only issues we had were no microwave in the room, and insufficient counter space in the bathroom (an increasingly common issue across properties, as ownership/management opt for cheaper/smaller ledge-less sinks, marketing them as chic). But those were relatively minor inconveniences, definitely outweighed by the aforementioned pros."

"Excellent no-frills ( well maybe a little) rooming house style hotel. The cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. They could improve in just one area (the toilet seat was broken). Continental breakfast was more than expected (quiche bites? Yes please thankudrivethru) all day tea and coffee, and the most accommodating, helpful staff I've dealt with since 1995. AC was blazing cold (perfect) which doubles as a heater. Rooms were admittedly small and the walls were thin. Well-enforced quiet hours helped that a lot). Location can't be better (5 minute walk from Inkwell Beach AND Circuit Ave) Overall, highly recommended!!"

"We made a very last minute reservation when our ferry was canceled due to weather. The person at the desk moved us to the first floor because we had a stroller and got us a pack and play and was just super helpful during a very stressful time. Our room had a full kitchen with full sized fridge, oven, microwave, and was overall clean and exactly what we needed when traveling with a baby. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach because of the weather but it’s super close to the ferry - you can actually see the boat - and to some nice restaurants and cafes. Exceeded expectations!"

"The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System."

"We enjoyed our stay. One odd thing was the porch light stayed on all night, so it was kind of strange that you couldn’t shut if off and it glared in the window. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a good place to take family as it has tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a golf course. Rooms are nice and newly renovated."
