"Had an awesome time. The outlay of the premises along with the huge garden, courtyard and pool area is perfect for a getaway from the city. Quiet and peaceful with lovely birds and other wildlife in the area. My 3 kids throughly enjoyed themselves that they didn’t want to leave. Even the sleep you get there is different and peaceful. "This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help.
Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding.
They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner...
