"We have retained multiple photos of broken items in the bathroom, and room.
No soap was available for the purpose of showering.
All amenity/soap dispensing modules were broken.
Sink/mirror lighting were inoperative/broken
No consideration offered for such poor conditions.
Even though a receipt was requested, our request was denied and NONE was obtainable from the front desk."

Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!"

"Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University."
