"The room wasnt the cleanest had hair on the floor, ice bucket was gross, a red blood stain on the bathroom wall. No temp control, was very hot and freezing in the morning. Staff yelled at my autistic child for being in her way on the side walk. During check out was accused 3 times for stealing a mattress they came in the room twice to verify. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Staff definitely need hospitality training."
