Great stay

We had such a lovely stay at Opus One! We were surprised with a free room upgrade which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming – a big thank you to Pedro for being so helpful and making us feel at home. The location couldn’t be better, everything in Faro is just a short walk away. We’d definitely come back!

Great base for a few days

Wanted a place to stay for a few days in Faro, couldn’t have picked a better place. Went for the upgraded room with balcony and whirlpool bath and no regrets, perfect room, very quiet and comfy. Staff were very friendly (thank you Pedro) and felt like a home away from home for a few days, just comfy and clean. Only a few minutes walk from the city center. Would happily return.

We booked this hotel for our young adult daughter. Her plane got diverted and finally landed in Faro close to midnight and the hotel was so very accommodating and were still able to provide paid shuttle service. My daughter was more than happy with the room for being clean, spacious and comfy bed.

Faro is a small town, emphasis on small, and very walkable. Our stay was great, no complaints at all. We had no issues checking in, the front desk was able to communicate with us via whatsapp which was very convenient, our room was comfortable and included a mini fridge. The location was perfect for us, close to the train station, bus station and airport. I would stay here again!

Very friendly staff and a convenient location. Stayed for three nights and found the accommodations very comfortable. I would encourage the owners/operators to introduce themselves. They were nice, but having names would make it feel even more like a guest house.

Homely, clean & excellent location

As we drove in I became nervous due to the area (first time in Faro and it was dark) but was quickly relieved and felt safe and at home when greeted by the manager who helped us carry all our luggage in and get us settled. It had a fantastic homely feel to it, our rooms were cleaned daily and the location is brilliant I came to learn! The owners are also very kind people which reflects on their business. We also stayed with our dog who was very welcome. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Pedro was amazing - from check-in to check-out he had a great hospitality spirit and was very helpful in all situations. The property was quite a bit different from the photos on display. Overall, at least our value for money has not been great - mostly due to the high cost and the announcement of luxury we expected. Over all the stay has been good especially with the family!
