"Staff when we checked in was great and helpful!
As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention."

"The pool was broken so we couldn't use it. I had prepaid for the room I couldn't change hotels or get refunded since I didn't cancel before check in time. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and good complimentary breakfast."

"The room was clean. Staff were friendly. They had a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. We didn't use the indoor pool or lounge, but they looked nice from what I saw."

"When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go...
