Thank the staff for all they did. Free car park and a super terrace 15 meters to the sea. Do not hesitate and make your reservation at once!"

"Staff is super professional and kind! Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception! Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet! The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well! Mirco "

"We had another wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and incredibly convenient, and the staff truly make the experience special. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and consistently welcoming. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really stand out. This was our second time staying here, and overall we were very happy again. We booked the same room type as our previous visit. The first time, our room felt very modern and newly updated. On this stay, the room was slightly more dated. That said, it was still very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable just a difference we happened to notice. One additional piece of feedback relates to the TVs. The TV in our room was quite old, and we were hoping to watch some sports during our stay. The only TV showing the games was in the breakfast area, but it was small and not really set up for viewing. Updating the in-room TVs would definitely enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return again. Thank you to the team for another pleasant visit! "

"Service: We were upgraded to a new room at our request; we stayed in room 104 for 5 days. Daily cleaning. Cleanliness. No tobacco smell—the room is truly non-smoking. Safe. Windows overlook a shopping street—if you want peace and quiet, Istanbul is not for you. The port is nearby, and the terminal is across the street. The embankment is a long walk, a couple of hours. Breakfast includes cucumbers, tomatoes, 5 types of cheese, and drinking water. Coffee and tea are available all day. The reception staff are very welcoming—they speak English. We ordered a transfer, and they met and saw us off. A great 3*** hotel. Thank you."
