I recommend this hotel for the price and location. Near the sanctuary. The only thing is if you are coming from Fatima station going to hotel and dragging your suitcase the road is not good.Better to get uber or taxi.

It is a lovely hotel with a nice balcony. The swimming pool is nice but water was too cold to swim this season. The staff are friendly. The only issue was that in the morning, there was a sewage odor in the bathroom. At night, it was fine though. In general, we were happy with this hotel.

Great Hotel, Great Value!

What a great hotel. This definitely deserves an extra star, it should be a 4 star hotel, not 3. The room was a little small but big enough for me, my things and to have a bit of space to walk around. Everything is clean and modern and the location is great. The pool was also a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is a total disappointment. We were charged extra for breakfast, which they claimed was an “American continental breakfast (hot)” — but it was absolutely awful. The receptionist insisted on cash only for payment and never gave us a receipt, which already felt suspicious. The next morning, the breakfast was terrible — cold food, poor quality, and definitely not worth the money. The rooms were not clean, and the hotel tries to charge you for everything, from basic amenities to small requests. By the time you add up all the hidden charges, you’ll spend more here than at a 5-star hotel — and get a fraction of the service. This place is a total scam targeting tourists. Do not stay here!

Expedia does not say hotel is in a apartment complex. Tenants were rude and just giving dirty looks. AC stopped working the 2nd day and we were there for 9 days and they did nothing about it. It was super hot and all they provided was a fan. They weren’t able to switch us to another room. Not happy with this place. We would get to the hotel late and there would be homeless people by the door trying to come in the building. We would have to close the door quickly. I would not recommend staying here.

Ótima Opção em Fátima.

Hotel muito bom, muito limpo, staff super atencioso.É uma ótima opção pois fica muito próximo ao Santuário e sua grande vantagem é que fica entre o Santuário e a Via Sacra dos Pastorinhos que leva as casas onde eles viveram. Estacionamento próprio e foram muito atenciosos em permitir que eu deixasse o carro após o check-out enquanto terminava meus passeios, vários restaurantes próximos.
