"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from.
It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. "Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange...
