"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The facilities are in terrible condition and clearly neglected. We booked three rooms, and every single one had an overwhelming, unbearable cigarette smell.
The lack of maintenance is alarming—doors and windows are broken, and even the locks do not work properly, which made us feel completely unsafe during our stay. The entire property appears run-down and poorly managed.
I would strongly advise against staying here. This place should not be...
