Tolles Frühstück, Zimmer und Hotel im allgemeinenen etwas in die Jahre gekommen (nicht abgewohnt, sondern nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß), aber im großen und ganzen hat alles gut gepasst. Pool ist schön groß und auch der Wellnessbereich passt gut.

Die Unterkunft lebt lediglich von Ihrer Lage. Ansonsten ist es einfach nur richtig richtig mies. Die Erwartungshaltung ein Duschgel und ein Shampoo vor Ort in der Dusche zu haben, sollte eigentlich keine zu große sein. Stattdessen gibt es einen Duschgelspender, der farblich identisch zu der Flüssigkeit aus dem Seifenspender passt... Ein Schelm, der hier 1 und 1 zusammenzählt. Das alles ist ja an sich kein Problem, aber bei diesem Preis ist das einfach nur unterstes Niveau und eine absolute Frechheit. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht annähernd auf dem Niveau, wie man es erwartet. Wer frisch gepressten O-Saft oder gar Lachs hier erwartet, der sucht vergeblich. Glücklicherweise haben wir im voraus gebucht und konnten das auch belegen, denn ansonsten hätten wir vor Ort ca. 70€ mehr bezahlen müssen... Ach und eine Kartenzahlung ist auch "eher nicht möglich". Was das heißen soll, keine Ahnung. Ich interpretiere es eher als, "Kartenzahlung kostet uns Gebühren und die bezahlen wir ungern"

Gut aber keine Klimaanlage

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage, besonders im Sommer die Zimmer sind sehr war. wir könnten nicht richtig schlafen, deswegen werden wir das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir hätten uns ein paar Gerichte mehr zur Auswahl gewünscht. Auch typische bayrische Gerichte. Ansonsten war das Essen sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.

Das Einzelbett war viel zu klein. Bei der Abreise war das auschecken mit langer Wartezeit mühselig. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat ihre Aufgabe gut gemacht. Sie war alleine. Dafür kann sie ja nichts.

Sehr Ernüchternd für 4 Sterne

Ein Haus was nach meiner Einschätzung seine besten Jahre mehr als hinter sich hat! Ein früherer Check In war nicht möglich, das war nicht weiter tragisch nur die Art und Weise wie es uns mitgeteilt wurde, war ernüchternd. Eine Rezeptionistin mit einer Miene wie 3 Tage Regenwetter und einer Motivation die dem einer Reinigungskraft nach einem Festival gleicht. Der spätere Check-In erwies sich sehr Problemlos, auch wurde alles verständlich erklärt, wo was wann öffnet und zu besuchen ist. (Wellness, Frühstück, Bar, Restaurant) Steht man auf Zeitreisen ist das Hotel definitiv ein Muss, nicht nur die Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Stil des Doppelzimmers erinnern an die späten 70ger, nein auch das Badezimmer. Pure Nostalgie, ein Traum. Zum Frühstück muss ich was los werden. Ein Sammelsorium an Köstlichkeiten aus Aldi,Lidl & Co gemischt mit dem Angebot des Vortrags, weiche Eier die einem in der Hand zerfließen und Weißwürste die jedem Bayer die Tränen in die Augen treiben, sind nur kurze Einblicke der Kredänzten Köstlichkeiten. Für die Grundlegende Erholung ist im Wellnessbereich ja gesorgt, ein Pool der in Farbe und Geruch so überwältigend ist, dass sich selbst Dior und Hugo Boss um die Abfüllung streiten. Hat man dann genug von der Starnberger Gemüsebrühe und möchte so richtig ins schwitzen kommen, bieten sich 2 Saunen an, die ganz in Ordnung sind. Bis man dann zum Ruhebereich kommt, der einem mit dermaßen unpassender Musik beschallt, das selbst Andrea Bocelli flüchten würde.

Übernachtung im Residenz

Schon bei der Ankunft bekamen wir keine Erklärung wo und wann z.B. Frühstück ist. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett, das 1,40m war. Durchgelegene Matratze. Es gab nur einen Nachttisch und eine Lampe am Bett( es sah aus wie ein EZ als DZ angeboten. Im Bettbezug war nur eine Wolldecke. Türkarte ging nicht immer. Die Terrasse war total ungepflegt. Gras wuchs zwischen den Platten. Kein Polster auf den harten Eisenstühlen Service an der Bar lies zu wünschen übrig.Dame beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, nicht weit vom See. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr freundliches und höfliches Personal und schöner Wellness Bereich. Squash Plätze sind 2 vorhanden, aber es könnten Leihschläger vom Hotel verfügbar sein und 8€ pro halbe Stunde ist etwas überteuert. Gute Cocktails an der Bar, Frühstück ok.

Tolles Konferenzhotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Der Schwimmbadbereich ebenso. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Es fehlte uns nichts. Die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und höflich.

Für ein 4 Sterne Haus zu wenig was die Zimmer betrifft. Größe sehr gut Ausstattung 3-4 Badewannen- Duschkombination mit Vorhang Zimmer extrem warm. Keine Klimaanlage Preis - Leistung passt so einfach nicht zusammen

séjour agréable

Séjour de trois jours très agréable. Cadre de l’hôtel original environnement (lac, forêt...) magnifique. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié mais manque une petite viennoiserie. Piscine et équipement bien-être de l'hôtel très bien. A proximité nombreuses activités (baignade, randonnées, voile,..) et visites à faire.

Erg teleurstellend.

Op meerdere punten was ons verblijf van twee nachten teleurstellend. Zo is er geen airco en was er op dagen met tropische temperaturen niet gezorgd dat de kamer verdonkerd was overdag (screens en verduisterende gordijnen zijn wel aanwezig). Bij aankomst was er hierdoor niet in de kamer te zijn. Verder kregen we het gevoel dat er in de breedte teveel wordt bezuinigd, waardoor we ons niet comfortabel te gast voelden. Sommige dingen misten simpelweg en van andere was er te weinig. Ook het ontbijt en diner waren beneden de maat, met name qua keus. Bovendien joeg de restaurantmanager op onbeschofte manier achter het bedienend personeel aan waar de gasten bij waren waardoor die elkaar meewarig aankeken. De omgeving is mooi, de kamer, de tuin en het zwembad zijn in de basis prima, maar er is een ander management nodig. Tot die tijd geen aanrader wat ons betreft.

I would not stay in this hotel again even if you paid me! The only saving grace was a nice restaurant nearby where we had dinner. The room was dirty and the carpet stank of damp. The food was overpriced and of bad quality. The breakfast lacked any healthy options. The check in staff and kitchen staff were rude. The list could go on forever..

Deel van het hotel was dicht zoals de sauna en alle barren/terrassen. Kon dus niet lekker van buiten zitten genieten. Ontbijt was lekker maar zeer eenvoudig en elke dag hetzelfde. Geen croissantjes oid of los fruit. Geen extra’s op de kamer als douchemuts of badjas, die was tegen betaling. Juist gekozen voor de wellness en luxe maar dat hebben ze niet waar kunnen maken. Was natuurlijk Corona tijd maar dan nog. Ik vond prijs kwaliteit niet in evenwicht.

In Ordnung, muss aber nicht nochmal sein

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war groß und geräumig und das Bad war sauber. Allerdings liegt im Zimmer ein sehr komischer Geruch (nach alt!?), der auch bei unserem Dauerlüften nicht raus ging. Zu Corona-Zeiten rate ich vom Frühstück ab. Zum ersten Mal haben wir uns nicht auf ein Frühstück gefreut. Das Frühstück wurde auf einer Etagere zum Tisch gebracht. Es gab von allem etwas, was positiv anzumerken ist! Allerdings sahen die Gurken und Tomaten aus als hätte man sie am Vorabend geschnitten. Die Aufback-Brötchen haben alt geschmeckt und der Kaffee war gerade noch warm genug... War echt schade... Das Personal war sonst eig sehr freundlich. Ach was ich vorher auch noch nie erlebt habe war (und ich reise ziemlich viel), dass die Reinigungskräfte um 8 oder halb 9 Uhr mehrfach an unsere Zimmertür geklopft haben. Und das auch an beiden Tagen. Der See und die ganze Umgebung war wie erwartet sehr schön.
