"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"

"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "
